Large characters: Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness

Do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on…. Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? … And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin … If God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31 Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ … Your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added to you as well (Matthew 6:25–33).

Go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.’ So the servants went out into the streets and gathered all the people they could find, both good and bad, and the wedding hall was filled with guests. “But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. Friend,’ he asked, ‘how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man was speechless. “Then the king told the attendants, ‘Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ “For many are invited, but few are chosen.” (Matthew 22:1–14)

Above the Bible: Jesus
On the right side of the Bible: seeds
On the left side of the Bible: The word of the Lord

Character on book: The Bible
In the Bible: This is the meaning of the parable: The seed is the word of God. Those along the path are the ones who hear, and then the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so that they may not believe and be saved. Those on the rock are the ones who receive the word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe for a while, but in the time of testing they fall away. The seed that fell among thorns stands for those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by life’s worries, riches and pleasures, and they do not mature. But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop. (Luke: 8:11-15)

Words scattering from the Bible like seeds, from right to left: Some [seeds] fell along the path; it was trampled on, and the birds of the air ate it up. Some fell on rocky ground, and when it came up, the plant withered because they had no moisture Other seeds fell among thorns, which grew up with it and choked the plants Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up and yielded a crop, a hundred times more than was sown.

Bottom: The four different types of soil represent the four types of hearts that Jesus speaks about. Above are the seeds of the gospel that are sown from the Bible.

Big letters: Attitudes towards the teaching of the gospel (Luke 8)
Therefore consider carefully how you listen. (Luke 8:18)
