Small font: On the first day of the [seven days], very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.'” Then they remembered his words. When they came back from the tomb, they told all these things to the Eleven and all the others.

七日的头一日，黎明的时候，那些妇女带着所豫【预】备的香料，来到坟墓前。看见石头已经从坟墓辊开了．他们就进去，只是不见主耶稣的身体。正在猜疑之间，忽然有两个人站在旁边．衣服放光。妇女们惊怕，将脸伏地，那两个人就对他们说，为甚么在死人中找活人呢。祂不在这里，已经复活了。当记念他还在加利利的时候，怎样告诉你们，说，人子必须被交在罪人手里，钉在十字架上，第三日复活。他们就想起耶稣的话来，便从坟墓那里回去，把这一切事告诉十一个使徒和其余的人。
